  3. Activation

  4. Data Plans
    The data plans offered by D-eSIM are valid for a specific duration and data volume as indicated in the plan details. Once the data limit or validity period is exhausted, the eSIM will no longer provide service unless a new plan is purchased.

  5. International Coverage
    D-eSIM offers data services in over 160 countries. Availability and performance may vary depending on local network conditions, coverage, and roaming agreements. D-eSIM does not guarantee coverage in all regions.

  6. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are listed in the currency specified during checkout. Payments for eSIM plans are processed securely via available payment methods. No refunds will be issued once the eSIM plan is activated.

  7. No Refunds
    Once an eSIM is activated or delivered, it is considered used, and no refunds are available. Please ensure that the plan meets your needs before activation.

  8. Data Use
    All data usage must comply with local laws and regulations. D-eSIM is not responsible for any illegal activities conducted using the eSIM service.

  9. Device Compatibility
    D-eSIM cannot guarantee the service will work on all devices, as compatibility depends on the device’s eSIM functionality. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device is compatible before purchasing.

  10. Account Security
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account details, including activation codes and login information. D-eSIM is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

  11. Service Interruptions
    D-eSIM strives to provide reliable service; however, it cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside its control, including network outages, maintenance, or other technical issues.

  12. Limitation of Liability
