Offer Terms

• Anyone who can buy from Diva eSIM under our Terms of Service, unless an offer says otherwise.
• Some offers are limited to certain countries, platforms (website, web app, iPhone or Android app) or customers — for example accounts with no paid order yet. The offer's details say so.
• One person is one person: an offer counts you once across all your accounts, email addresses and devices.

• A sale price is applied automatically to the plans in a campaign. The regular price is shown struck through, and you pay the price shown at checkout.
• Each plan gets one automatic discount. When several campaigns — or a campaign and the first-order discount — cover the same plan, the best one applies. They do not add up.
• "Up to" means the discount can be smaller on some plans. A campaign may also cap the discount per order; the cap is shown in its details.

• For accounts with no paid order yet. It comes off automatically at checkout once you are signed in — no code is needed.
• It applies once per customer. An account opened only to get it again does not qualify.

• A welcome code is a personal, one-time code. You claim it with your email address or while signed in, and we email it to you; signed-in customers also find it in My coupons.
• One code per person for the period shown with the offer. Asking again returns the same code.
• The code is valid for the time shown when you claim it, and it may need a minimum order or be limited to certain plans or to your first order.
• The marketing checkbox is optional. Leaving it unticked never affects your code.

The discount wheel is a free promotional game run by us.

• No purchase is necessary. You spin for free with your email address or your account. Disposable email addresses cannot be used.
• The number of spins per person and how often you can spin are shown under the wheel. We count one person across accounts, email addresses, devices and networks.
• Every prize on the wheel, the most it is worth and its real chance of winning are listed with the wheel. The result is picked at random by our server at the moment you spin; the animation only shows it.
• Some prizes may be limited in number. When a prize runs out it can no longer be won and its chance drops to zero; the list with the wheel always shows the current chances.
• A prize is a personal, one-time discount code for an eSIM order. It is emailed to you (and saved in My coupons when you are signed in), it is valid for the time shown, and it may need a minimum order. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
• "Bonus spin" gives you a free extra spin that does not count against your limit. "Try again" wins no prize.
• Wins that look automated are held and checked by our team before the code is sent. We may refuse a prize won by breaking these terms.
• The wheel runs for the dates shown with it, in the countries and on the platforms it lists; when none are listed, wherever we sell eSIMs.

• Each order takes one code. A code works on top of a sale price only when that campaign allows it; otherwise checkout tells you it cannot be combined.
• Personal codes may not be shared, posted publicly or sold. A code that is shared publicly may be cancelled.
• A code that has expired, been used or been cancelled cannot be brought back.

• Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in another currency are converted at the current rate, and checkout shows the exact amount you pay.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy and cover the amount you actually paid after any discount.
• A discount or prize is never paid out in cash or added to your wallet.

• We may change, pause or end an offer at any time, and an offer may end early when its budget or prize stock runs out. Orders you have already paid keep their price.
• If a price or code is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

• Offers are for personal use. We may cancel codes, discounts or orders, and block access to offers, when they are obtained through duplicate accounts, fake or disposable email addresses, automated tools or other abuse.
• To protect offers from abuse we check the account, email address, device and network used to claim a code or spin the wheel. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this data.
