All eSIM products sold by Diva eSIM are digital products delivered electronically.

Once an eSIM QR code, activation code, or installation details have been generated or delivered, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM was not delivered because of a verified system failure.
  • The eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue caused by our systems or provider.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate payment).
