1. Refund and Withdrawal Window

If the customer starts downloading, installing, scanning, activating, using, or otherwise benefiting from the eSIM during the 14-day refund window, the customer acknowledges that the digital service has started.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund will be issued if:

  • The eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue attributable to Diva eSIM or its service providers.
  • The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
  • The purchased eSIM plan could not be fulfilled.

4. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not available if:

  • The eSIM has already been installed, activated, scanned, used, or consumed.
  • The customer purchased the wrong plan, destination, or package.
  • The customer's device does not support eSIM technology.
  • The customer's device is carrier-locked or network-restricted.
  • The customer no longer requires the service.
  • The issue results from incorrect installation or device configuration by the customer.
  • The issue relates to network coverage, signal quality, local carrier performance, roaming restrictions, or circumstances outside Diva eSIM's control.

5. Subscriptions

If Diva eSIM offers subscription-based services, customers may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and the customer will not be charged again after that period.
